Explorer-Venturer Weekend 16-18 APR 2010

Camp Rock Enon will be hosting an Explorer/Venturer Weekend, 16-18 April.

If your post or crew needs a chance to get out and stretch, this is the place and time to do it!

From the flyer:
ACTIVITIES: Campwide Events, Rappelling/Rock Climbing, Shooting Sports/Archery, Volleyball Tournament and Lipsync (Talent) Contest.
Pistol shooting will be offered as part of the Marksmanship activity. All Adult leaders may participate. Only Venture Crew members that have previously completed an NRA Basic Pistol course (First Steps or Basic Pistol) may also participate. Proof of course completion must be presented at sign-in. This may be a copy of the course certificate, a course completion card or a letter from the course instructor with the instructor's name and NRA number.
COST: Tent Camping (fee paid by April 12th) - $30.00; after April 12th - $35.00.  Cabin Camping (fee paid by April 12th) - $35.00; after April 12th - $40.00. Fee is per person.

118 out of 158 items have been completed:  do you have a little time or expertise to help finish the list?

There are a lot of units signed up to be at Camp Rock Enon between now and the beginning of the summer camp season.  Feel free to tackle a project!

You can:
  • Take time to browse the whole list to see how much has been completed already!
  • Send a link to your Scouts, their families and Scouters to make them aware of what needs to happen.
